Sorting of menu items: Unable to move menu item to the bottom in IE8

      Hi

      In webin (/websitetoolbar/sort/2), you are not able using d&d to move a menu item to the bottom of the list. You are only able to get it second last in the list.

      Malfunction seems to only happen in IE, not in FF
