If i specify a facet query such as:

meta_published_dt:[2004-01-01T00:00:00Z TO 2004-01-01T00:00:00Z+1YEAR]

this breaks in ezfezpsolrquerybuilder.php/buildFacetQueryParamList because the two field and query are 'exploded' with ':' as a parameter.

Adding '2' as the explode limit seems to get around this.

The same issue applies to ezfmodulefunctioncollection.php/getFilterParameters
