Style problem on the frontend date chooser

    Description

      When you are editing a node through the frontend, the date chooser (calendar) is not styled correctly.

      Steps to reproduce

      Install eZ Publish 4.2.0 RC1 on a LAMP platform and choose eZ Flow package at install.

      Log into the frontend, edit any news and see the datepicker is not correctly styled (see the screenshot).
