AFAIK, we currently have the following short-cuts:
ctrl-b : Bold
ctrl-i : Italic
ctrl-u : Underline

However, there should be keyboard shortcuts for every functions you can do:
Paragraph, literal, h1->h6, subscript, superscript, alignment, unordered lists, ordered list, Insert anchor/image/object/custom tag/literal text/symbol/table.

The keyboard shortcuts should then be documented in the embedded help.

Keyboard shortcuts might need to be translatable (so that ctrl-f becomes "Bold" in Norwegian translation ("Fet") ). Personally, I think this is bad practice but common applications like MS Word does this...
