    Description

      The finnish localeformat for date and time are not what are commonly used here in Finland. Separating dates with "/" and indicating am/pm are not the way to go.

      This is the set I am constantly replacing the defaults with (using fin-FI@exove.ini):

      [DateTime]
      TimeFormat=%H:%i:%s
      ShortTimeFormat=%H:%i
      DateFormat=%l %j. %F %Y
      ShortDateFormat=%j.%n.%Y
      DateTimeFormat=%l %j. %F %Y %H:%i:%s
      ShortDateTimeFormat=%j.%n.%Y %H:%i
      MondayFirst=yes

      For reference, see hs.fi timestamps: http://www.hs.fi/kotimaa/artikkeli/Lämmintä+ja+poutaa+luvassa+koko+maahan/1135247087921
