When you switch between page that is in ssl to another page which is not in ssl, ssl access mode is lost even if ModuleViewAccessMode[content/*]=keep .

Tested on ezp3.8.10, ezp4.0.1 and ezp4.1.1 .

Steps to reproduce

1. Following configuration:
[SiteSettings]
SSLPort=443

[SSLZoneSettings]
SSLZones=enabled
SSLSubtrees[]=/News
ModuleViewAccessMode[user/login]=ssl
ModuleViewAccessMode[content/*]=keep

2. Go to https://youraddress/yoursite/news
3. Choose other folder that is not in ssl from ezpublish menu
4. Access method is changed from https to http.
