For some reason, Title and Meta data are marked "not translatable" on secondary language version of "Site settings" object. This means that essentially they are stuck to whatever value was copied from original language and every time you edit the secondary language, the title will get overwritten with old, unchangeable value. Very annoying.

Steps to reproduce

Install with Norwegian and English languages. Edit site settings in English site and save. Change Title in norwegian site and save. Note that when editing again in English, title cant be changed anymore from the initiaql value and overwrites last one.
