When ViewCaching is disabled for a node using cache_ttl=0 and stalecache is used (either with eZDB or eZFS2), webserver connexions may remain opened.

The fact is that since processCache() needs to execute the template to receive the nocache advice, generation for the cache item is always started even though no cache should be generated.

The only workaround at the moment is to disable ViewCaching for this specific node using the CacheTweaks[xxx]=disabled parameter in site.ini.

One possible way for a next release would be to save a cache file that will be used to tell processCache that no cache should be stored and generation should not be started.
