When changing a secondary translation on an object sharing URL alias across two or more translations, the URL aliases for the translations other than the ones being edited could be broken.

Steps to reproduce

Here are the exact way to reproduce system url issue :
1. fresh webin, eng-GB + nor-NO (could probably use something else as second language), map french content to eng
2. on second level in admin (bellow Home) translate content to secondary language (using first language as basis of translation) but do not change text / content at all, just publish
3. edit secondary language of content and this time change name/title so url alias changes

For second issue where eng get same url_alias as secondary language, same as above but create content ('folder') in english bellow Home before step 2.
