When trying to fetch a node using fetch( 'content', 'node', hash( 'node_path', $href ) (in this example used in content/datatype/view/ezxmltags/link.tpl) this worked well in 3.9.5 but it does not work in 4.0.3 anymore. This seems to be a problem when having a PathPrefix set in site.ini. Further possibly important setting: MatchOrder=host in site.ini.
