Currently, a lot of code in the extension is duplicated:

• sql for creating a new user is part or ora-initialize.sh and ora-grant.php

• stored procs code is part of ora-initialize.sh and in one sql file per stored proc

• the list of fixes to the db schema (wrt. mysql) is in dbschema.ini.append.php and mysql2oracle-schema.php. mysql2oracle-schema.php looks like a dupe of bin/php/ezsqldumpschema anyway...

This is a maintenance nightmare, and should be fixed sooner or later.
