After inserting an anchor (using IE7/8), the anchor name does not show in the Path or when editing the anchor.

Steps to reproduce

1. Edit a page with a Rich Text Block using OE 5.0.0rc7

2. Insert an anchor (add "TestAnchor" in the Name field)

3. Press OK

4. Click on the anchor - name does not display in the Path

5. Click on the anchor link in the Path - name does not display
