spec for that tag is most likely this one: http://specs.openoffice.org/writer/SoftPageBreak/SoftPageBreak.odt

if we ignore it while importing maybe the best option is not to emit a warning.
Or should there be an equivalent tag in eZP xml blocks to be used only in print layouts?
