Image captions are not updated when an article is updated in OpenOffice.

Steps to reproduce

1. Export article with image
2. Edit the caption section of the odf document
3. Choose to replace an article in the website toolbar, select the edited odf file
4. Click upload
5. The image caption is now not updated
