If TemplateCache is enabled then content-structure tree menu isn't updated correctly after an object was removed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Make sure you have TemplateCompile enabled and TemplateCache disabled in your system.
2. Create Folder.
3. Cleanup all caches (better do this manually).
4. Remove Folder.
As result you can see that the Folder was removed but still shown in the tree menu.
