Rubbish policies (9) are added to a new role when creating one for the first time.

Prereq.: New roles have not been created on installation yet.

Steps:
1. Go to Admin Panel / Roles.
2. Click Create a role.
3. Enter some name.
4. Click Save.
5. Open the new role.
6. Verify the list of policies.
Actual: Nine policies are present (screenshot attached)
Expected: New role has an empty list of policies.

Remarks: This occurs on Studio demo (and not on clean).
On one installation also when creating second role one policy was present (second screenshot) but this occurred only once.
