Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a user with role that doesn't allow to publish an edited homepage,
2. Log as the newly created user,
3. Go to home page in Content Structure,
4. Click on Edit button,
5. Change something,
6. Click on Publish,
7. The loading screen is visible all the time and it doesn't hide. The user is not able to do anything.

Expected behaviour: the loading screen should disappear and the notification should show up.
