Schedule block height does not updated correctly when removing items.

Steps:
1. Add a Schedule block with list template.
2. Add 4 content items.
3. Remove 3 items.
4. Verify the height of the block.
Issue: 1 content item is present but height stayed from 4. Also the slot action menu is misplaced.
