Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new landing page with single zone,
2. Add a new schedule block to the workspace,
3. Add a new tag block to the workspace,
4. Change block settings by filling Content field with <h1>Tag block</h1>
5. Try to drag and drop the tag block above the schedule block,
6. Notice the strange behaviour.
