After a new install the adding of roles leads to them having a number of policies in place by default. This varies on the first three creations and then levels down to expected behaviours - a new role should not contain any policies upon creation.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install a clean copy of eZ Studio with demo data
2. Navigate to Role management
3. Add a new Role
4. Open newly created role
5. Expect to have no policies, but there are a number available
