It is possible to drop one block into two zones at the same time.

Steps:
1. Create new Landing Page with 3 zones.
2. Drag RSS block into first zone and set up mandatory configuration.
3. Drag Tag block into first zone (beneath RSS block) and set up mandatory configuration.
4. Drag Schedule block into first zone between the RSS and Tag blocks.
5. Click / select Schedule block and add content item (blog post).
6. Drag the Schedule block from first zone to second.
Issue: Sometimes (the effect can be achieved when not dropping right away but moving mouse cursor between first and second zone) block is dropped into two zones at the same time. Block frame lands in one zone and preview in another. [attached screenshots]
