Schedule block always shows all blocks, even when the timeline slider is moved before their publishing date.

1. In a schedule block (new or existing) set airtime of one or more blocks to the future.
2. Drag the timeline slider to the past and future.
The blocks displayed in page preview will not change whether the slider is placed before of after the airtime (see attached clip).

Happens both on devdemo and local 16.02 installation, both when creating a new block or editing an existing one.
