Users in Editors group cannot edit existing content items.

Precondition: Log in as user: yura, anil or jessica.

Steps:
1. Go to Content / Content structure.
2. From Content tree open a content item e.g. blog post.
3. Click Edit from the right action bar.
Actual: Error "Could not load the user with id '/api/ezp/v2/user/users/14'" occurs, Content Editor is not loaded.
Expected: It is possible to load Content Editor without errors.
