Notifications pop-up form height issue.

Steps:
1. Send a content item for review to a user.
2. As this user open the Notifications form.
Actual: The pop-up height is fixed size despite the number of row (Firefox).
Expected: The pop-up height adjusts to the number of rows (Chrome).
