Need to update the styling of the two circular buttons that appear when a user clicks CREATE from View Mode on the Studio Toolbar

Adjustments:

• White overlay covers the entire browser
• Circles remain gray
• Circles are larger
• Circles are placed at an angle to the create button (see wireframe above for correct placement)
• Circles now include Icons
• On hover, the icons, text, and circle border change to the green-ish color
