ContentTypes to be displayed change is not stored after publish.

Steps:
1. Follow the scenario: https://github.com/ezsystems/StudioUIBundle/blob/master/Features/DynamicLandingPage/ModifyPublishedBlock.feature
2. After second Submit step click Publish.
3. Click Edit and return to edit mode.
4. Open the Settings pop-up
5. Check the lis tContentTypes to be displayed.
Actual: Only Article is selected.
Expected: Both Article and Place are selected.
