Content List & Keyword block empty field validation always fails for the multi-select list on Internet Explorer.

Steps:
1. Go to Studio UI.
2. Create a new Landing Page.
3. Choose LP layout, fill Page Title & Description.
4. Add a Content List or Keyword block.
5. Open Settings and fill all mandatory fields.
6. Click Submit.
Actual: It's not possible to proceed, the multi-select list validation always fails.
Expected: It's possible to submit the form, validation passes when at least one list item is chosen.
