The Landing Page zones layout is broken on Internet Explorer.

Steps:
1. Go to Studio UI.
2. Create a new Landing Page.
3. Choose Dynamic Content layout '3 Zone, 2+1 Column' (variant A) or '3 Zone, 2+1 Column' (variant B).
4. Fill in Page Title and Description and click Done.
5. Examine the Landing Page zones layout.
Issue: Layout is broken on Internet Explorer.
