The Basics section with Page Title and Description layout is broken on Internet Explorer.

Steps:
1. Go to Studio UI.
2. Create a new Landing Page.
3. Choose Dynamic Content layout.
4. Click Next and go to Page Title & Description.
Issue: Form layout is broken. It's hard to proceed because Done button disappears shortly after filling Page Description.
