Prerequisites
Site Factory enabled.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to backoffice.
2. Go to 'Site'
3. Create new Site. (with domain field having full path as a value)
4. Edit new Site
5. Click 'Save' after making no changes

Actual result:
Validation error occurs.

Expected result:
This error did not occur in old design. We have to decide if this behaviour is correct, or this validation is not needed.
