The now time indicator should show current time in the timeline.
It should update with time passing by. If the now time indicator meets a position of the timeline slider, then it should update the slider's position and time label.
The now time indicator should be clickable. When clicking on it the timeline slider should update its position and label to the now time indicator's position and time.
