Steps to reproduce:
1. Create site
2. Add landing page to a site
3. Add values/blocks to LP (so it has some content)
4. Click 'Save draft' button.
5. Click 'Publish' button

Actual result:
User is redirected to content tree view.

Expected result:
User is redirected to admin/page/preview
