Command to create container for Forms is broken

    Description

      When you want to run

      php bin/console ezplatform:form-builder:create-forms-container --parent-location 42

      it ends with exception

      Argument 1 passed to eZ\Publish\Core\Repository\SiteAccessAware\LocationService::newLocationCreateStruct() must be of the type int, string given, called in /var/www/ven 
 dor/ezsystems/ezplatform-form-builder/src/bundle/Command/CreateFormsContainerCommand.php on line 190

      Also, 

      execute()

      method must return status code. Otherwise command throw an exception 

      Return value of "EzSystems\EzPlatformFormBuilderBundle\Command\CreateFormsContainerCommand::execute()" must be of the type int, "NULL" returned.
