When previewing a state of a landing page in landing page editor, a user should not be able to change a landing page content in the past. User should be able to update the current state and the future state.
The past state should be only in read only mode.

• We should disable the functions that allow for editing, but the interface should remain.
• The user should still be able to click on the preview and airtime buttons on the content (slot) to see the content preview and to see the time the content aired (airtime settings).
• Accordingly, the scheduled block toolbar should have the add content and delete functions disabled (preferably disappeared).
• In addition to the move icon in the contextual toolbar to disappear too.
• The user won’t be able to edit anything, they’ll just be able to view the settings for how the block/slot behaved.
• The submit button should be disabled in the block's form.
