After defining access link it seems that colon ( ':' )   is missing from link. 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to 'Site'

2. Click on 'Create' button

3. Add values to 'name', 'Domain name' & add Language

4. Click on 'Create' button

5. Click on link in 'Name' column

Expected:
User is redirected to the desired destination

Actual:
User is redirected to invalid link link. Colon is missing after http or https prefix
