list of improvements:

1. "+Parent" button color should be changed to a dark gray and be centered below the form field. In addition, a label should be added above the button saying "Select a Parent"

2. Field Validation is currently appearing on default once the user opens the settings for this block, which should not happen. The field validation should only appear AFTER a user has completed a relevant action such as clicking on a field, typing in text, and moving onto another field - only THEN should we show the validation message.
