It's not possible to publish a Landing Page, when an Editor has Subtree limitation on content/publish and wants to publish a Landing Page at the Subtree top node.

Steps to reproduce:

• Login as admin
• Create following Content Structure:

• Home/FolderGrandparent
• Home/FolderGrandparent/FolderParent
• Home/FolderGrandparent/FolderParent/FolderChild

• Create a new user
• Create a new Role with permissions as in attachment
• Assign Role to created User
• Login as that user
• In Content Structure go to Home/FolderGrandparent/FolderParent and switch to Page
• Start creating a new Landing Page

Expected:
I can publish the Landing Page

Actual:
The "Publish" button is missing

Note:
If I create the Landing page under "Home/FolderGrandparent/FolderParent/FolderChild" then it works correctly.
