Time zone set to UTC.

Steps:

1. Create content item.
2. Schedule publication for the future.
3. Go to Content/Calendar.
4. Select scheduled content.
5. Click on Reschedule button and set date and time to e.g. 07/07/2019 12:00.

Actual result:
Date and time visible on calendar and dashboard is 07/07/2019 10:00.
