[Calendar] Time zone defined by user is not applied to calendar

    Description

      Precondition:
      User settings time zone should be set different from time system (tested for UTC)

      Steps:
      1. Create content item.
      2. Schedule publication for the future. (4/07/2019 14:00)
      3. Go to Content/Calendar.

      Actual result:
      Publication date and time in calendar is 4/07/2019 16:00. (In My scheduled tab in Dashboard: 4/07/2019 14:00)

      Expected result:
      Publication time in calendar should be consistent with time zone and publication time in dashboard.

      Remarks:
      Timeline in week and day view is not fixed but changes as the time zone changes.
