As an editor, I want to view scheduled blocks (excluding Content Scheduler) added to published content in the calendar

so that I can view a snapshot of all content that will be available soon

As an editor, I want to see the tooltip with details for block event presented in the calendar

details should contain information in order: 

1. Block type
2. Content Name

so that I can check event's details easily
