Cannot add RSS / Schedule block.

Steps:

1. Create LP.
2. Add RSS block.
3. Try to open Settings.

Actual: Pop-up disappears, error occurs in console.

TypeError: Cannot read property 'addEventListener' of null

Remarks: The same error occurs for Schedule block.
