Cannot remove matrix field or add another field after it or save the content type.

Steps:

1. Log in as admin.
2. Go to Admin / Content Types.
3. In any Content Type Group create new content type.
4. Add ez matrix field.
5. Try to remove it.
6. Try to add another field after it.

Actual: Both actions are not completed, message is displayed in UI:

FieldType '%ezmatrix%' does not accept settings

Also it's not possible to save that content type.

Remarks: Does not occur on Platform clean (only EE).
