Problem with date picker when trying to publish later on Chrome.

Steps:

1. Log in as admin.
2. Go to Content / Content structure.
3. Create e.g. new article.
4. Click Publish later.
5. Try to select some date.

Actual result: When user clicks on the Date field the calendar appears for a second and vanishes.
Expected: Calendar stays visible until user clicks again.

Remarks: Does not occur on Firefox, Safari or Edge. Also when user clicks the Date field the first time and doesn't release the mouse button calendar stays visible (so there kind of is a workaround).
