Editorial token is displayed in PageBuilder editor when editing an unpublished draft.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login as admin
2. Go to Page
3. Start creating a new Landing Page
4. Set LP Title and Description
5. Save draft

Expected:
Displayed URL does not contain "?editorial_mode_beare=XYZ" part

Actual:
Displayed URL does not contain "?editorial_mode_beare=XYZ" part
