Editor's policies:

• User/Login
• Url/*
• Workflow/*

Assignments:

• Subtree of location: /Home
• Subtree of location: /Media

Steps:

1. Create Editor user
2. Log in as Editor
3. Go to Content/Content structure and click Create
4. Select Article

Actual result:

Publish/Publish later/Send for review are missing fro sidebar menu

Expected result:

User has Content/* policy, so Publish buttons should be visible.
