CI in 'done' status doesn't disappear from Drafts under review table.

Steps:

1. Create a new CI.
2. Go through all states in editorial workflow up to done.
3. Go to Dashboard.
4. Verify Review queue.
5. Verify Me / Drafts under review.

Actual: CI disappears from Review queue table but not from Me / Drafts under review table.
