Cannot read property 'getAttribute' of null while opening block settings in Page Builder

Steps:

1. Create / edit LP.
2. Open settings of new / existing block.
3. Check browser console.

Actual: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'getAttribute' of null.

Remarks: During assetic:dump error occus: The template "EzPlatformPageBuilderBundle:page_builder/block:config.html.twig" contains an error: Unable to find file "@EzPlatformAdminUiBundle/Resources/public/js/scripts/fieldType/base/base-rich-text.js".. (attached)
