Clicking on remove form button causes page reload.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to creation of form,
2. Create a sample form with Form Builder,
3. Close Form Builder,
4. Click on the Remove form button.

Actual results:
Page is reloaded and content validation is fired.

Expected results:
No page reload, no content validation fired.
