Form email notifications do not work.

Prereq.: Set up swiftmailer configuration.

Steps:

1. Create a new Form.
2. Add Single line input field (optional).
3. Add Button field.
4. Open settings for the Button.
5. Enter valid email address for notifications.
6. Submit.
7. Go back.
8. Publish.
9. Open the form on frontend.
10. Send a submission.
11. Verify email inbox and sent items for the swiftmailer address.

Actual: Notifications are not sent.
Expected: Correct notifications are sent.
