Application should not open a system window when I click on choose file on Content item view.

Steps:

1. Go to Content/Content structure.
2. Click Create button and select Form.
3. Create form with File field and publish.

Actual result:
Application enable opening the system window for adding a file on Content item view.

Expected result:
Application should not open a system window when I click on choose file on Content item view.
